1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Property360 app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. This agreement is between you and Embedded Factory GmbH.

2. License and Access

Embedded Factory GmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Property360 app on iOS, Android, or web platforms. This license does not grant you rights to redistribute or sublicense the app.

3. Subscription and In-App Purchases

The app includes paid features via subscriptions and credit-based purchases. You retain full ownership of your generated inspection PDFs and uploaded data, including photos. All purchases are subject to platform-specific terms (Apple/Google).

4. Data Ownership and Processing

You retain full ownership of your uploaded and generated content. Embedded Factory GmbH only processes and stores this content to operate and improve the service. We do not share data without your explicit consent, and all data remains stored within the EU/EEA.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access features. If you lose access, please contact us to recover your account. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse or violation of these terms, and may delete inactive or offending accounts within 30 days. However, if your data is linked to a company account, it will remain accessible to other authorized users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app in an abusive, unlawful, or disruptive manner. Automated access, reverse-engineering, or content scraping is strictly prohibited.

7. No Warranty

Property360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Embedded Factory GmbH shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to errors in inspection reports or business losses related to such use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance. Please check this page periodically for updates.
